CITIZENS AGAINST HUMAN  EXPERIMENTATION

IGNORE ISOLATE AND INJURE

 

 

ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO, CITIZENS AGAINST HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION (HEALTHY CITIZENS.COM) BEGAN PLACING ADVOCACY ADS IN THE HILL. I, RICHARD PERLMAN, HAVE ADDRESSED:

 

1)   RITALIN: its provocation of schizophrenia in NIH sponsored studies and its relationship to LSD.

 

2)   HERPES: Its early connection to mental illness, diabetes, cancer et al. and a review of 20th century experimental infection programs in the United States and Europe.

 

3)  VAGUS NERVE: One year before DOD granted $1.3 million to North Shore Long Island Jewish Research Institute to develop vagus nerve drugs to stimulate the immune: system to defend against anthrax and other biological agents and one year before President Bush choked on a pretzel, Citizens Against Human Experimentation recognized the significance of the vagus nerve. I have argued that there have been vagus nerve programs for at least 30 years and I am now exploring the links between U. S. Chemical And Biological Programs (Mkultra) And Gulf War Syndrome (squalene, hypothalamus and nerve gas).

 

4)   HYPOTHALAMUS: I can now document cerebral cortex endocrine programs that have not previously been discussed or evaluated (mkultra subproject 45 and other subprojects).

 

5)   ANTHRAX: I reminded journalists that a previous Congress investigated the "lack of security at Fort Detrick."

 

6)   NERVE GASES: Johns Hopkins's, Army Chemical Corps Studies: sarin. dfp, parathion and other organophosphates as well as Mkultra's development of substances which mimic nerve gases.

 

7)   INVOLUNTARY HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION PROGRAMS: How they survive decades in a democracy affecting hundreds of thousands of victims (GAO figure).

 

 

               In each ad I have sought attorneys, journalists, legislators as well as concerned citizens. There have been no replies. I believe in the research and do not believe it is possible that no one in the past two years has had an interest in Ritalin, Herpes, Nerve Gas, Mkultra, Anthrax, etc. These are issues not only relevant but vital to the health and security of the United States in 2002. Many of these programs have served as a foundation for today's antiterrorism Homeland Security programs.

 

              I approach these issues wearing two hats: guinea pig and researcher. In the mid 1970s while being vaccinated by an immunologist I developed symptoms similar to the Gulf War Illness. In the 1980s a physician placed a powder in the back of my throat and it seemed as if my brain imploded. Soon my waist distended 15 inches and I was told by another physician I had six years to live. He refused me treatment. It was not the first time nor would it be the last time I would be refused treatment. Both my 1975 and 1980 health experiences could be attributed to the vagus nerve. In 1992 I visited Washington and naively thought there would be interest in my medical history and the research conducted by physicians who had treated me.

 

               I came to Washington not to start an organization but to get my life in order. In 2000, for the first time in 30 years, my health returned. Perhaps I should be satisfied but I believe the true evil of these programs is the inability to rehabilitate and make amends to the victims. At 57, I believe I still have a future, possibly a career, possibly a family or both. These programs affect every aspect of a victim's life: ability to retain a lawyer, visit the physician of his choice, and freedom to live where he wants (safehouses). In fact, for the victim the United States becomes one large laboratory maze. One of my Hill advertisements discussed my inability to retain an attorney, even when hit by a car crossing the street or addressing irregularities in my father's will, which was issued the day before he died with his name signed by a third party. Suspected terrorists are not the only ones who can't retain attorneys. At least journalists have made the public conscious of their plight.

 

               Since 9/11, it has been more difficult addressing these programs. Many of my symptoms are returning and increasingly it looks like my return to health was another experiment. My pleas for assistance have been ignored. I have sought toxicologists and physicians and have been refused. During this time some journalists, attorneys and legislative aides have scheduled meetings, which they never appeared or later cancelled and never rescheduled. Four months of intensive attempts at networking and I have had little success. Blacklisting an individual while conducting biological and chemical programs against him is an indescribably evil crime. With assistance, I will prove the existence of these biological and chemical programs.
