Just a victim of U.S. Biological Programs. In the
1970's I developed Gulf War-like symptoms. In the 1980's a physician placed a
powder in the back of my throat and my waist expanded 15 inches in a matter of
weeks. Another physician told me I would be dead in 6 years and then refused me
treatment. And there are many other episodes (not just in hospitals or
physicians offices but as a US Senate Report States "in normal life
settings"). All are the result of United States Cerebral Cortex
Research involving cranial nerves (e.g. vagus and endocrine system (e.g
