I CAN’T FIND NO ATTORNEY

Dec. 1993 My father, Bernard Perlman dies in a hospital leaving a $9 million New York estate with a will issued 24 hours before his death signed by a third party. NO ATTORNEY to challenge its validity.

March 1994 I am hit and knocked unconscious by a car and taken by ambulance to a hospital. NO ATTORNEY.

March 1996 I incorporate Citizens Against Human Experimentation to investigate the intellectual & economic corruption involving the integration of Chinese and Western Medicine and argue there have been human guinea pig programs involving the endocrine system and cranial nerves (brainstem) .seeking to understand the traditional Chinese medical approach to such disorders as diabetes, hypoglycemia, hyper and hypothyroidism, strokes, abdominal distention et al. I believe I was a victim in the 70's and 80's and believe these programs continue today and were probably part of MKULTRA in their earlier Chinese medicine's efficacy‑and its healing mechanisms have been studied and known for a long time (E.g.. in 1971 NIH undertook investigations to understand the relationship between acupuncture anesthesia and hypnosis. MKULTRA?) NO ATTORNEY. ALL AMERICANS GET NO RESPECT.

February 2001 I have 17 days to file a motion with the New York Court of Appeals to reverse surrogate court decision.

DOES EVERYONE WHO GETS NO RESPECT HAVE NO ATTORNEY?

OR IS IT ONLY GUINEA PEGS WHO GET NO RESPECT HAVE NO ATTORNEY?

OR IS IT ONLY GUINEA PIG IDEALISTS WITH SELF RESPECT HAVE NO ATTORNEY?

WHATEVER IT IS RICHARD PERLMAN NEEDS AN ATTORNEY.
